We collect information you provide directly (name, email, reviews, listings), information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited), and information from business owners (business name, address, phone, hours).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to operate and improve the Service, display business listings, send transactional emails (account confirmations, claim updates, lead notifications), prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information Sharing
When you submit a lead to a business, your name, email, phone number, and message are shared with that business. Business contact information is displayed publicly on listing pages. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS).
5. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Search functionality uses Algolia, which may set its own cookies for search analytics.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may delete your account at any time. Business listing data may be retained for directory integrity purposes even after account deletion.
